Christmas Craft Market
The Christmas Craft Market, adjacent to the Frankfurt Christmas Market, features West Midlands traders selling an entirely different selection of beautiful hand-crafted items created by local artisans, as well as ethnic goods imported from all over the world. Stalls offer a huge array of locally hand-crafted items, including decorative ironwork, wood carvings, handbags, toys, musical instruments and organic soaps and cosmetics.
Other stalls offer ethnic handicrafts, imported from places such as Africa, India and South America.
In addition, a range of locally produced food and drink is on offer including organic sausages, real ale from micro-breweries, home-made chutneys and cheeses.
This year the Craft Market is moving from Chamberlain Square to Centenary Square, home to the Library of Birmingham, because of the Paradise Circus development.
